You’re only charged when your video is ready

At checkout we only place a hold on your card. The payment is taken when your first video is ready. If the AI can’t finish it (for example because of an error, a timeout or a photo our AI provider won’t accept), the hold is released — you aren’t charged — and we email you.

Failed videos in a pack

For a 3-video pack, a failed video costs nothing: if it’s the first one, we only charge for the remaining videos; if the pack was already charged, that video’s share of the price is refunded to your original payment method automatically.

Other refund requests

AI results vary from render to render, so we can’t refund a video because it looks different from the examples. If something went clearly wrong — the wrong photo was used, or the file is broken — email support@tiptoeingai.com within 7 days with your order link and we’ll make it right.

Timing

A released hold usually disappears from your statement within a few days. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet.
