This service is operated by Tieli Liao, an individual based in Singapore (“we”, “us”). By using tiptoeingai.com you agree to these terms.

The service

We generate short AI videos from photos you upload, following a fixed template inspired by an online trend. AI output varies; videos won’t exactly match any example or the original clip.

Your photos and permission

You must own the photos you upload or have permission from everyone shown in them, and everyone shown must be 18 or older (pets excepted). You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your video

You may use your video for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting it on social media. It keeps the original clip’s soundtrack, which belongs to its rights holders; no music or footage licence is granted for commercial use. Label it as AI-generated where the platform asks you to, and don’t present it as a real recording of a real person.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before payment. Stripe places a hold on your card at checkout and charges it once your first video is ready; if a video fails, the hold is released or that video is refunded automatically — see our Refund Policy.

No affiliation

Tiptoeing AI is independent and not affiliated with TikTok, the makers or rights holders of the 1987 Rumpelstiltskin film, RiFF RAFF or the song’s rights holders, or anyone in the original clip.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
